Operating within the core values and operating principles of the organization, the Controller provides leadership and management of organization accounting functions, as well as financial counseling, guidance and information to the National Lloyds’ executive team. Assists the CFO in directing internal management financial reporting and external regulatory financial reporting; financial recordkeeping; reporting of performance measures including key non-financial data; general accounting; maintenance and development of all financial reporting; department computer applications; development, maintenance and documentation of manual and computer controls and security for the company. Responsible for maintaining organizational policies, objectives and standards and helps shape its control environment.
